1. Information We Collect

At Professional Law, we collect information necessary to manage compliance, facilitate company registration forms, and answer support queries.

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Personal Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number, and correspondence addresses.
  • Identity Documentation: Documents required for government filing, such as PAN cards, Aadhaar cards, digital signatures, and passport details.
  • Business Profile Data: Company names, registration addresses, industrial category, existing licenses, NOC details, and shareholding records.
  • Payment Records: Transaction reference IDs, invoice details, and retainer payments. (We do not store complete credit card or netbanking credentials on our servers; payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment gateways).

2. How We Use Information

We process your information for the following business purposes:

  • To compile, draft, and file corporate registration applications (such as Pvt Ltd setups, GST numbers, MSME applications, Pollution NOCs, and Trademark filings).
  • To provide active status notifications regarding application milestones, pending documents, and renewal deadlines.
  • To communicate regarding updates to Indian corporate, tax, and licensing policies.
  • To process service retainers, invoice billing records, and pass-through government fee receipts.
  • To maintain statutory records required under corporate laws and compliance audit regulations.

3. Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party marketing companies.

We disclose your information only in the following scenarios:

  • Government & Registry Portals: Information is submitted directly to official portal APIs (MCA, GST, IP India, state pollution control boards) as part of your application filings.
  • Associated CA/CS/Legal Network: Information is shared securely with independent Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries assigned to verify, sign, or counsel your filings.
  • Service Gateways: Safe transit via certified cloud databases, payment gateways, and OTP verification providers.
  • Legal Compliance: If required to do so by court directives, law enforcement agencies, or under rules defined by the Companies Act, 2013.

4. Data Security & Storage

Professional Law employs modern industrial standards to secure data. This includes secure SSL encryption during transit, secure database vaults at rest, and role-based access restrictions so only authorized compliance managers can access sensitive business files.

While we take complete precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or database storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and basic telemetry cookies to maintain session states, optimize load speed, and understand website interactions (via tools like Google Analytics).

You can manage cookie settings or disable them entirely in your browser preferences, though doing so may limit your access to specific compliance dashboard features.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and nature of corporate engagement, you have the following rights:

  • The right to request access to the personal data we store about you.
  • The right to request rectification of inaccurate PAN, GST, or incorporation data.
  • The right to opt-out of marketing communications and renewal notifications.

7. Data Deletion Requests

You can request the deletion of your account and personal contact info from our databases by emailing info@professionalslaw.com.

Please note that we cannot delete statutory filing logs, tax invoice records, or documents submitted to government registries (MCA, GST, etc.) as we are legally obligated to retain these records for compliance audit history.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business workflow or changes in Indian compliance regulations. The “Last Updated” timestamp at the top will indicate when modifications took effect.
